Legal Question

If the hb people were to find that i am hosting a server what do they do. Will they sue or just say take it down. I want to host on a real server but i know the guy thats owns it but he said if he will get in any real trouble i can't host there. Can someone give me some answers.

depends on what country you live in, if you live in a country where an official server is hosted (such as Korea, USA and China) you CAN get in trouble, but if you live somewhere else like Canada (like me,

) then I believe they won't sue.... or can't sue.... either way.

Just so you know, Helbreath has NO copyrights in the USA. I've checked all the copyrights databases and nothing exists for helbreath

Any private server hosted in the USA is legal

Also, if you claim that you were hosting the server for educational purposes, then it becomes legal under the fair use polacy.

my server is used to teach the kids of today how life back then wasnt so easy to overcome

Yay i live in usa even though uits a crappy country but i can host now. I'll be sure to use those loop hole sif they try anything.

got that right, sometime on sundays i go to the USA (i live near the border) for the fun of it. all kinds of people there.... Oh btw whats the deal with HelbreathUSA? is it an official server or not? if it was an official server shouldn't it be at like version 3.51 by now and have copyrights?

couldn't aggree more, 98% of usa is so ignorant about just about everything its sad. Thats why people like me will become billionairs by doing just about nothing.
