i need help!

hi every1,,i got a problem, im using 56k modem, and i want to host a server just to test something...ppl might think funny(a 56k user is hosting)...but anyway....my question is that will the IP of the 56k modem changed all the times/??....i used to get a Ip address wif 10 #s, but now i got only nine....for this moment..my ip is 216.194.4.19.....when i hex this ip to the client...its not working...y is that?can any1 help me?

make sure you got all the ips right in the server files

i did...i did put the ips right in the server files.....but now...when i run the 2.20 client..it freeze now....and now my Ip changed again, it has 10# this time..its not working...
