bolex , how about if i host a server for my schoolmate ?? i host it at hostel ,all the players just from my hostel , it wont affect other server population , so can i get the files ?? btw i help a singaporean host hb b4 , its called Hbfren , and most of the players are from malaysia and singaporean , so isnt lag for them .... we din advertise at any forum b4 , so i think not much ppl know this server ... coz we dont want to spam ppl forum and steal ppl from other server ....

no , i no need to steal and i cant steal either .....

, hostel using lan , others ppl cannot connect to the game ... and my hostel got many ppl , at least got 150-200ppl .. we r all from college , no more secondary school ...

Tell me something, why are you concerned about noobs getting their hands on the server files? People will realise that noobs are running the server and will move to the server with the best management and performance. Thats why more and more people are leaving MOG and other shit servers. Thats also why most servers dont last. With everyone running 3.0 servers, the competetion will be to run the server with the least lag and best management, which is what everyone wants, not who is running the server with the most fake maps and editted paks, ect... Releasing the files will mean that servers in general will become 100% better if not more... If you fail to see this, then clearly you arent a logical thinker.

Anyone disagree?

Either way, I am either going to want the files soon, or else some better evidence. I'm not gonna be too happy if this all turns out to be fake.

me. just take a look at 2.20, how manni ppl got them and some server are just farked, like up for 1 day then down, my entire point in releasing the 3.0 to the best server, is bcuz that server deserves it and puts alot of effort into their server unlike most other n00bish server.

i dont think anyone is gona be thrilled if they are fake. Im want the files so i can say i have 3.0 server files. Ive tried running a server (HBPvP) and thats the last time ever.

If they fuck up and dont have anyone on their server then its their fucking problem.
You know what a monopoly is? That is the perfect reason why you should release the files. If only 1 server has the files then they will have no competetion, and have no need to make their server better, cause its not like the players are going to leave a 3.0 server for a 2.2 server. with more than 1 server with 3.0 files they would compete against each other, also pushing the performance and quality of their servers so people choose that one.

Face it, its all logic

extasis is the only one currently running 2.95 and i dont see all people flocking to their server.
