so can anyone tell me if its just me or the server hbpl (www.helbreath.org) did some coding that dissallows sending packets?

hmm...doesnt work on polska, when i have added packets and press play, im getting "Error" to increase in numbers rather "Sent"

i tried to use WPE on hbpl (www.helbreath.org) but it doesnt work, i've done as in the steps and i get error packets, 0 send...is it possible that the server has something that stops ppl from using WPE?
