ty cdwriter and armors are not upgradeables

Gserver v3.51 can make items and summon monsters
Gserver v3.61 can't make items and summon monsters

in v3.51 do /enableadmincommand_0909114_ (replace underscore with a space)

that's command is to enable summoning permissions.
to summon monster u use /summon (monster name) (quantity), e.g. /summon ...
