Alienware is built for raw power (even though mass expensive) and dells are built for everyone. You don't go to Alienware to get a desktop that just does internet, email, and solitaire.

Vista is the present.. many people already bought it. Though I have to say this is the group I like to call ignorant pc users/abusers. Anyway, it's Microsofts own fault that many drivers and applications don't work on it. The RTM was pretty late and so was the SDK.

1. Alienware and power .. Alienware just costs a shitload of money, even for an empty case. If you want real power there's a whole different scene, 64GB RAM servers etc.

2. I live in the past because I don't use Vista? That's a new definition of ignorance right there.

he's not saying xp is the past he's saying my's well upgrade now not latter, when xp is considered out of date.

xp isnt realy the past yet, but it will be.

because xp isnt going to advance, yet vista will.

Alienware is just an excuse for a company to buy a $400 piece of hardware and charge $800 for it. It is overpriced crap, you can build any of their systems for almost 1/2 the price at what they charge.

Sad for me to be back but couldn't help looking at this topic. I've ran Helbreath fine on Windows Vista, every version. Worked 100%... I don't know why other people have so many fucking issues with Helbreath. If your having trouble can't solve it, others won't help. Fucking give up, I learned my lesson.
