Search on HBtop50.com, In the download section. or www.magsec4.com or search Google for it. Search around man. I actually have a Config editor, but it only Edits Item/Item2/Item3. No Item4, wasn't out at the time...
Yea because item4.cfg is so much different from item3 or item2 or even item1. SO much different. Try renaming them dumbass >.>
