Inform the method that different language adds to HGsouce.

We want to add Korean.

emm do u want all deninistatsioon put to korean ... or only the text waht show hg and comments?

I think the only way to translate the HGServer messages (notify messages sent to the client, LogList messages...) is to do it manually directly in the sources... the biggest part of the text is hardcoded in the sources :(
