If there is sufficient demand for a character editing tool (management not exploitation) I would be willing to make one for public release. I have already made a tool which acts in almost the same way so it wouldn't be much of a step to convert it.

would be sweet if you could like, get it to where you can type in how many UNspent stats you could have and stuff =-D.

HB_CharEdit do the job, even is lacking some close/save/load buttons.
Could be inproved
(ie: loading magic.cfg for spell names could put them in tips.)
(ie: Recent file list)
I think this tool was made fast for the autor's needs...

NB:I needed to hexedit it to suit my need for a 3rd city side.
