Phpscripts,Pls help

Now,in regards to the scripts,ive put up everything,run the easyphp with the black 'E'when i type <a href='http://my_ip' target='_blank'>http://my_ip</a> in my browser,i go to a page showing my ip below and all the scripts ive put up in the easyphp www. folder...think ive got the things done so far...
Ok now i must put it up on the web,in the web (update a file)...how do i put it up??I tried putting it up like the way i put the client n contents,but it deosnt work like the way it works on other hb private servers...And when i get other people to try the scripts by giving them the <a href='http://202.156.186.114,they' target='_blank'>http://202.156.186.114,they</a> cant go the page where u have the unsticker or account creator which i can go to......Can anyone plz tell me where did i go wrong??And the putting up the web thing,what must i do?? Someone plz help.....

man, create a text in ur webbie and link it to <a href='http://ur.ip/the_script.php' target='_blank'>http://ur.ip/the_script.php</a> and they will connect with ur pc (ur hostin this php that is allowed to modified ur pc without permission, bad scripts

Hi cocho,thks for the reply...When u say 'create a text in your webbie',now im using freewebs,what do u mean by text?In the docs manager,theres 1)Add a folder & 2)Upload a file(Which is where i upload the client & contents),any of these?? (Gosh Iim such a noob)haha...
And when u say 'link it to <a href='http://ur_ip/the_script.php',where' target='_blank'>http://ur_ip/the_script.php',where</a> do i link it??Theres a option in freewebs "Add link to the navbar"?? I think not right....How do i link it...Anyone uses freewebs or can go take a look and advise me on how to put up the phpscripts??Would really appreciate any advise on this,Ty

And cocho,you mentioned 'ur hosting this php that is allowed to modified ur opc whithout permission,bad scripts' what do you mean??Where can i get better working scripts??

u need host ur scripts on ur pc cus when they use it, if its a acc creat, they creat a txt in ur folders, or if its a unsticker, they modifies the char.txt...
i dont use freeshit so i cant help u lol, make a hyperlink (dont know whats the name lol) to ur script, i use dreamweaver and upload to my 300mb host B) muehehe im too evil
anyway, just create a text (write somewhere) like "acc creat3r" and remark it (dont know the name) and put a hyperlink (again) to ur script url and when they click it they r sent to ur acc creator (4 example) page and wjahndksexnfjsa with aslknfuckasggnkl so astasbitchasfgdh
