um how do i exit game server witout losing character data??
each time i close it and when i turn it on i cant log into no more
oh yea and how come most of the items i cant purchase in the shop?

to close down just your hgserver press F1+F4 when its the top window and it will disconnect all the players on it and close.
as for your shop problem try checking the item names in contents1.txt/contents2.txt with the ones in Item.cfg/Item2.cfg/Item3.cfg
