Whats a good C++ compiler to use for hb source?And which is better of these 2 Borland or Microsoft Visual C++?

I dont know I use the microsoft C++ compiler and it works fine for me I think its a VB C++ so it shows all what your doin and yea...I dunno I just needed somethin to compile and thats what I found at the time

has there been any updates on the sources since they have been released because when I compile them I have crusade errors and such, whenever you log on it says the crusade has already ended and you wont get the prize cuz another had been started since then or somethin, it happens whenever you go from server to server :X I think there was somethin else it didnt like either but I forgot what it was =/

hmm i changed drops and some other things but i cant compile it...
i thought maybe i did something wrong cant compile it but i redownloaded it and tried to compile again.... still said same thing (compiling or smth like that.. nothing happend) i waited 6 minutes and closed the program and later tried again same thing

Did i something wrong or ?

1.- download Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 at least and install it
2.- Double click on HGserver.sln
3.- Press Build/Build Solution
4.- Press Debug/Start
5.- Running

When im compiling my CCrusade., I get this.

you're trying to compile only the crusadecode file... open the whole project and build.

CrusadeCore.exe...... :huh:
