It keeps ranging from 13kbps to 23kbps now.. Still over 60 hours either way though.. looks like it'll be a while ;s

You could try forwarding your ports. The ports to forward or open are 6881-6999.

I have a dual direct online connection.. but it's doing ok now.. going at 60+kbps

Awesome. For most people, it takes a while for bittorrent to *warm up*. For me it slows down drastically after a while.

In most bittorrent clients you can turn the upload speed down.

No sorry.. can't put it on a server.. but I can do the following. Set it up on my local webserv, (http download.. if it cuts out you better have a download resumer

), I can upload over msn (better hope it doesn't cut out either

), or I can upload on IRC. My upload cap is 32kbps (29-35 actual speeds) (goes to ISP central office and shoots the server(upload so slow :'()).. I can only upload to one of you at a time, and I approximate it'll take 17 hours at a steady 32kbps upload for 1900MB.

EDIT: Actually... If you want to start the Transfers now that would better manage time. I have the first 8 parts of the ACE currently... all are 95.7mb a piece.
