Getting 3.0 Files is pretty impossible, here are a few things that will prove it wrong. Right now, HBUS is at version 3.2 (Now even if that guy managed to hack the HBUS servers and steal the server files, he prolly could not get the 3.0 because there is already a 3.2 installed on HBUS servers). Configuring stuff yourself would take a while...considering 2.20 isnt really public yet and alot of people work on this stuff.
My Opinion is that the guy for some strange reason is trying to send out Keyloggers (Why would you want a keylogger to hack someone's account if you could have your own private server ver. 2.191 and still have fun?). Or he might just purely lie to attract attention. Either one is prolly true.
