Does anyone have a good map editor that can edit in objects/edit out telp spots ?

Already used anmap1 anmap2 mapper with save and any other mappers in this site, hbpyknic, and hbss.

These all sucks for building map.

Oh well then... I guess I'm stuck with anmap2.
I tried Pener's but I can't even unzip it because it says it's corrupt.
