I've heard a couple of players from the original Helbreath servers talking about Heldenian giving a higher drop rate for rares to the winners of the battle seige. The loser gets a -56% drop rate chance then the original or something like this..
I just wanted to know about this so if its true I could add it into my server or not...

on hbpl (its original files) i always got -1000% to drop rate... dunno why.
