Where to change how many stats angels give? i can't find it in c++

in source is ... that angel gives to stats how many level angel got

like dexangel +3 gives +3 dex

search tat m_iStr += iValue

try m_iStr + iValue
if you want it to give double then add *2 there or smth w/e
