[REQ] Skills Level up 50% Faster Then HB INT/USA

Hi guys, how do i make skills lvl up 50% faster then in hbint/usa but not setting starting skills to 50%?

look for increasing Skill SSN

ctrl+f and look for increasing skill SSN in player class. Its easy really...
