I remeber back in the days when i ran an older cpu and gf 5200 with black paks i had 98 fps, now with much faster cpu and gfx card my fps is worse with black paks now is this becuase it has been locked or is it just fraps (2.1.0) that doesnt count the frames right?
Anyone got a clue?
