if you use HBx files.. the summon with GM /summon DT-Aresden or DT-Elvine you can make neutral DT in your NPC.cfg if you want... and after summoning it.. you have to use PickAxe to build it...
in HBx files is a command for attackmode: /setattackmode 1 /setattackmode 0
