Okay...

IN my gserver.cfg my game mode is set to INTERNET. This only enables myself and any other ppl on my lan to access the server.

but if I put it on LAN, it enables others on my server from anywhere EXCEPT me.

so either I can connect and no one else can, or anyone else can connect but me and the ppl on my lan. (I THINK, no one has been able to test this yet but i assume they can )

is there a way to fix this or enable both?

also, I get annoying messages in my world log server saying things like

Client Accepted (12)
(12) Connection Lost! Delete Client
Client Accepted (12)

just use lan mode and use your external ip(same as your friends) in the client, might add about 2ms to your ping as it gets bounced back from your isp ;)
but its strange cos when i use lan i can connect to my setup useing both intenall and externall.

well hey I can't connect still when its an external hexed client and if the game mode is on lan

I can't connect to my external IP, but it lets me log in:S

I can connect though to my external IP hexed client with game mode set as internet.

this is just entirely gay

some routers it dont allow u threw... like.. my old router..

i would put all my internal ips all that and cfg it all right ya know..

forword the ports..

but i wouldnt beable connect with external ip in client..

i would have to use internal-ip..

but my router i dont think works with hb..

but when it comes to other server hosting.. its usaly like that

people in the lan connects with internal and people outside land connected with external.

This is too much of a problem, I got a person without a router to host.
