If you did, you also are stealing from hypno and klks as those copyrights applied to them too and to remove them means you are stealing all the code as your own. Let's do a relation. 30 people on a datacenter. 30 people on a track. Your box can go 10gbps according to you. Your car can also go 1000m/h. All that means the other 29 people can also go 10gbps at times, and also 1000m/h at times. The invalid point here is that when talking about cars, 30 cars, according to you, can go 1000m/h all at the same time on a track, while 30 users on a datacenter cannot use the max bandwidth (10gbps) all at the same time. THAT RIGHT THERE proves your analogy to be invalid, unusable, and meaningless.

I said they cant look or have my source (legaly) and I removed all the things on the HG saying hbx team blah blah bla wtf ever and the changed the /version command and all that other shit.

Exactly. So you're stealing from the entire HBx team (KLKS, Hypnotoad, I)

Also, how can you prove you didn't steal without letting anyone see proof? I can prove you stole it as I was the only one with open development of the sources and that the HBx team created those features to operate the way they do.

its open source so I can do as I please, its only illegal if i claim its myne which i have not done anywhere in the code.

You've removed copyright notices thereby claiming it is yours, and not ours which it rightfully is. Notice how you're dodging the real topic about you not knowing anything about server hosting, datacenters, and bandwidth and now you talk about stealing my code. Why? Because you know nothing about the afore mentioned topics.

Don't be stupid. Everything tangible has an owner that man (or woman) has created. Ideas even have owners. Sources that were created by HBx team have owners. The source you use was created by the HBx team and the HBx team as a whole has ownership over them and with agreement allows you to use them. Agreement being you leave copyright information inside. If I go download redhat linux, and I take out every reference to redhat and change it to my own, do I now own all the redhat sources? Didn't think so.
