There are a few possible options:

1) Siementech doesn't care about HB anymore. They making 2 other games.

Siem can sue due to copyright infringement. Also HBUSA can have their lawyers do all the paper work then have siem file it which is what they're doing.

That's indeed possible, but Ewan mailed me he could/would only pass the information to Stech. This has changed because Stech wasn't doing anything or so?

That game is Teng Teng Wars, I got some material from it too. One of the critters is a clone of the moogles from Final Fantasy.

Siementech has limited financial resources at the moment. They are hoping TTW will get them out of the hole. They have ok standing with their creditors but they are in no financial condition to go out suing anyone unless doing so would return a lot of money.

Siementech and iEnt will not do anything regarding sango, NOL or private servers. If hbusa is attacked, their hosting company will take action. This has nothing to do with copyrights and has happened before.

Now, I'd like to tell you all that I am making my own game, completely free of any HB code, and it will be available to all...for the small fee of eight dollars and ninety-seven cents monthly.

It will be very much like HB, Dragon Raja, Diablo 2 and Baldur's Gate, combining only the best of each game. Best of all, it will be a lot harder to hack since...well, since I am me.

Available for Mac OS X, Linux and Ween-doze. I invite you all to try and create cheats for it...at the low price of $8.97 a month for each of your a-counts.

Sure, if you don't count them wetbacks on mah truck. I have the finest talents from Tee-jooana on this pro-ject., and even imported the best people in San Juan, Puerto Rico...for a small transportation fee of course. Ient can sue ppl, they tryed to sue me in the very very past (still got the mail so please don't quote me with shit because I can prove it and close any dirty mouth) but of course, they wont because of many reasons like, they don't get any profit with that.

Haha, you should post it just for laughs if you want. I got an email long ago as well from IEnt saying they'd take legal action 3 times, and after that the emails stopped coming in. Wish I still had them.. they weren't even sent to the right person

GB, if you have those emails still check the headers. I used to get fake emails supposed to be from iEnt all the time. Usually just some idiot from hbportal.

I said I have the emails as proff, but that wasnt the only stuff, my Lawyer had to talk with Ient like 4-5 times by phone and some others by mail, was a serious stuff they were about to sue my ass because of the private server, files releasing and hack ... god bless zappers and proxys...
