Well, normally I would start by saying that if you can't even spell lawsuit you are not in position to help anyone do anything. But since you shot yourself in the foot in the next sentence, I guess it saves time. I said JEWan didn't sue anyone and you said HBUSA can't sue anyone.

This I hear can make aner one you slab with it a peace mongering monk, of course this will incur a small ship N handle fee of 7.99.
Also if you give me that there flour now i'll take down the international "slappers fee" too a lowly 13.75 per slap, this is pretty good consider-ing the original international "slappers fee" is 17.59 per slap! why thats almost a 70% save right ther!

P.S This international "slappers fee" only applys in cuba, puerto rico, hawaii and all those other big countrys, everywhere else will cost you 87.99 per slap.

I forward info about illegal servers to our lawyers and to Stech so they can take action or join together in dealing with illegal servers. I do not discuss any particular illegal server after I have done that as I do not want to impede any actions being taken and I don't want to give any publicity to any illegal server. All EWAN can do is tell Stech (mail them?)

There are a few possible options:

1) Siementech doesn't care about HB anymore. They making 2 other games.
2) Siementech cannot sue in the US (and alot of other countries) for copyright violations.
3) Siementech is broke, they cannot pay lawyers.
4) Siementech doesn't care about a 30 people server.
5) There are too many private servers for Stech to sue.
6) HBUSA has only got a license to host (and get updates?), they didnt buy the copyright. (even if they did, they cannot sue on behalf of Stech).
7) Same goes for HBINT, but they cant speak English anyway. They dont CARE AT ALL.

usa only gets the binaries from stech
