Trade Hack?

i've seen a dude go around do a weird ass trade hack..he asks to show the item, and he places something and takes the item away
without you pressing exchange...i dunno if that's possible, my friend said he did it to him..some dude does it in hbnol ...how the hell do u make a trade hack like that ..is there one?

i read a guide about old versions..but the new versions 3.51 have one?..for example in the NOL server..i've seen people being trade hacked all the time
