Hosting In Dynamic Ip Without Client Changing

anyone here knows if there is any tool that i can use to host a server with dynamic ip without having to change the client?
i used to have a program to do that but i lost it, if anyone can help me, tks a lot ^^-

snoopy's didnt work for me so i made one of my own

I havnt had any problems with it so far, you just get a no-ip.com account and run my updater program and it will upadate the client and run it
