I made my own server but some hacker came and edited his content2.txt and put ThePowerRing 4 0 020 20 2020 20 00 0 -100 (not real numbers) to there and then he bought it from bs and sold to other players.... how can i prevent this from happening

Make sure in ur server folder,look into those Items.cfg files [Item.cfg, Item2.cfg, Item3.cfg]

Find the 1 that has the ThePowerRing Values...something like this..

Item = 866 ThePowerRing 1 10 14 3 9999 0 0 0 0 300 51 16 26 -19000 500 -1 0 0 0 1800 0 -1 46 0

Look for the Number under the price..my is -19000.. that means it cant be bought anywhere, if urs is a number without the ' - ' means is can be bought in ur server,...

if u still dun understand..jus plaste my ThePowerRing values over yours...delete every powerring in your server, ban the mofo that is selling the ring.. :ph34r:

Dont keep in your items.cfg special items or if u want be there them be sure no one know it and put it somekind Code name like: "r18j4ja3k042" and put that only in your contents and if u well put shere your server contents to players be sure there is not that u code named item
