hey how do i take off the auto recall

hey how do i take off the auto recall when u enter a enemies citys??

u cant recall if ur in enemy town with the hbx hgserver 2.22
u cant recall with spell, neither with recall scroll, but u can go to bisle

but i go to enemy city and instant recall. and i take off autorecall!!
or ride time its posible?

if ur using hbx hgservers its the raid time,check ur settings.cfg

some recalls are set in the mapdata as well..
