Canada also has better broadband than the usa

1 mbit upload up here.

Your guys isps down there are too paranoid about filesharing and uploading, most of ya'll are limited to a max of 512 kbit... typically 256 kbit.

By the way, its still 100% legal to share mp3s up here at the moment. Courts ruled it legal for the time being.

+ also here mp3 downloading is legal..
+ we got legal weed for those who want it
