this is a program i made because updates im comeing out with my server and i needed to modify all characters... so i made this program i thought it would be of use to other server host to.
it can be used for other things to but if used for other things it will only search one folder, not multiple ones, only searches multiple folders if u have helbreath mod checked.
u can replace a line with this or u can delete, or add but if u add it only adds to top of file or bottom.
