How to setup a Server(incomplete - still writing)

Step 1.
Download Microsoft Sql Server 2000 or Microsoft Sql Server 2000 Desktop Engine (MSDE 2000) Release A

You want to download the "MSDE2000A.exe"

Step 2
How to install MSDE (<a href='http://www.functionx.com/msde/installation.htm' target='_blank'>CLICK HERE</a>)

Step 3
Now you need to have control of your database. If you use MSDE you can download this tool [<a href='http://www.asql.biz/GetFile.aspx?ID=5' target='_blank'>HERE</a>]

Step 4
When it loads up double click on SQL Server, In the bottom window in server's Properties you will need to scroll down and Tick Trusted NT Connection. Then press Connect

Step 5
Now that your connected you need to make your Databases. Right click on the Databases Folder. Database Properties Window pops up. In the DB Name. Name it ChrLogDB then press the Save button (Looks like a floppy Disk) Then press the Exit button ( the Yellow Button) Now you need to repeat this step for the databases named DragonRajaDB and TotalDB.

Step 6
Ok now you need to import the Databases. Right click on ChrLogDB and select Restore Database. Your Restore Database window will then pop up click on the Add Button. The Backup Destination window will then pop up. Tick File Name and click on the Raised box on the end of the text box. Navigate through your pc to where the SQL Files are that you downloaded from here.. When you get there Click on the ChrLogDB backup file.. And click ok. Then Click ok again in the Backup destination Window. Now click on the Options Tab in Restore Database. Tick where it says Force restore to overwrite existing database. Then in the 2nd window on that tab where it says PhysicalName you need to change the path to where you want to save the databases at. (Besure you leave the file name on the end alone.. DONT overwrite that, Just change the path). Now click ok, It should restore your database. Once you have done that.. press the Ok button on the popup then press Close on the Restore Database window... Repeat this step for DragonRajaDB (and DragonRajaDB Backup) and TotalDB ( and TotalDB Backup).

Step 7
Setting up your ODBC... If you are running windows XP you can find this in your Controle Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Data Sources (ODBC). Once this window is open you will need to click on the SystemDSN tab at the top. Now click on Add. In the Create New Data Source window scroll all the way down to the bottom and select the SQL Server in the list. and click finish. The Create New Data Source window pops up.. In name put ChrLogDB then in the server.. you can type in 127.0.0.1 or type in (Local) then press Next Make sure it is Ticked "With Window NT Authenication etc...." on the next window.. And Connect to Sql Server to obtain...... is ticked.. Click Next.
In this next window you need to Tick Change the default database to: and select ChrLogDB then Press next in the next window.. If the langauge at the top is not already English.. Besure to tick that box and change it to English.. If it is english Click Finish. And personaly i like to press the Test Data Source.. if it comes back ok.. Then you did everything correctly. If not.. re read this step again. Now that is done.. you need to do the same for DragonRajaDB and TotalDB.... Pointing them to there correct database.

Ok Now if you havent already done it.. you need to fully update your computer through Windows Updater Couse if you dont have all the .net and other related files updated to the most recent.. you will recive a item plant error.

These were Given to me over msn.. over a year ago.. And i wouldent have released em if Drint.. and there bitches dident fuck with me on Raja Revolutions... No they wanna be kiddies... So fuck them, Fuck DR, I am going to do all i can to make it so easy to setup a server.. where everyone in there right mind... can setup a server..

Make it like helbreath.. If you wanna have a server.. you have the RIGHT to have the files to do such.

All i can say is Thanks DRint (Robert, Jorie, Fini) and Thanks Bitches... guties

for pushing me this far.. to where i am willingfully giving everyone what they always been asking for.. ALL the tools to run/code there own server.
