mirc server crashing script

i cant get this to work if anyone knows how to fix it say so

 &nbsp;/sockopen mpgh 64.83.236.170 2345

... keep trying, mpgh sucks so much asss.. they deserve to be crashed 3000000X... maube.. the ip is wrong? =X
