my snippet just shows damage in chat text, or the ipnotify text, usefull for telling the damage of the first of 2 hits form magic and melee hit on the casting weapon

there was a part there about not being able to see damage and that was some stuff i did that would fix that (aside from actually fixing the client to show damage correctly [but not on double hits still])

hum... a good idea should be to change the damages type of var from short to int, and then remove the pointless "critical" text to see at least how much damages you can do when you hit somebody.

I know this is a dead topic now but I realised where i fucked up and why so many people had issues adding it. I told you all in the main post that the function was found in Client.cpp but really it is in Game.cpp .

Sorry about that typo but yer it's really your own fault for not being more educated so deal with it.
