Force recal fix plz

Can some one point me place where i have to change my forcerecall time in sorce ( i dont mean settings.cfg ) when i go in enemy town then i got forced but when i use command /setforcerecalltime 9000 then i dont get forced so where i can change that command time cus i dont like it when i runn server i allways have to type this command it sucks PLZ help me

Ever think of looking at the command? Sounds like it changes the exact var you're after. Bit of a stupid question.

i have searced right place i fount some places where to change that time but it didn´t work so i ask for help and when you know how to help then help me instead of laming me or when you dont know how to do it then stfu plz
