Storm-Bringer-like item

I wanna make a wand with Storm-Bringer like item with a similar effect ( high range, an Effect comes out).

Now everything is working, staff hits over 2 fields (no crit), server and client work together.

JUST the Effect (storm) isn't working. No storm comes when i hit with the other weapon (with not the SB-Sprite).

I searched in Client and Server for StormBlade(old SB-name), StormBringer, StromBlade(lol stROm, som1 typed wrong), 845(SB-number), 15(SB-sprite) and more but i didnt find the Effect. Can someone help me?
I think the effect is in the Client but i also searched in server.

Why the hell u need full serverfiles to tell me SB effect? Isn't it enough to say its Version with bugfixes?

did you even put the right effect numbers?
