i must tell u this, hacks are easyer to block then they are to make, 1 line of code could block a terrible hack sometimes. thats why this isnt bad for the comunity becouse, people can block these hax if they have working source*. so they can find ways to crash it all they want but then people can now have a great runing server and block thos things.

i think if anything* if u have a coder anyway* open source is great for the comunity

Ok, if it's so easy to block hacks, I found a bug in the HBx sources. Any source above like 2.14 is vulnerable and any town can be taken down with a single packet. That's some bug huh. Care to explain how you can fix that? It was only obtainable via sources. I repeat, there aren't enough devs in this community to keep up with the hackers. While you may think you are good enough to be labeled a coder, I'd like to see you fair against a real wave of hacks on your server. Not just some half wit WPE packets. Just because someone has the sources doesn't mean they know how to use them let alone fix a large glitch in them.

Since we found some bugs its changed a big view for me on the current sources...

lol, some hacks arnt source related.. packet hacks can be used on anything. dosnt have to be helbreath*..

but u can control your pakets sint back forth.

and hehe, account hacks / WLserver hacks could of been fixed in 1 line of code. when it took them awile to program there hacks*

hacks arnt destoying the way the program proceses, its technicle a bug becouse hacks are ways to change the way the program process.

causeing a server to crash is a bug just like anything els causing your HG crash. u could say a hack is something like someone cast server crash. its not supos to the person isnt hacking* but in program server crashes cuz he cast, same thing in hacking to crash servers*.

it will always be easyer to block the hacks then to make them, ya some cant be block but that isnt the source fualt or the programer blocking them.

im not saying any coder can block any hack heh, depens on your coders experiace.
im saying its mostlikly take more code to hack then block it
