my lvl 20 warrior was fine , but my archer or mage doesnt get the skill bar right of the screen ffs. So she cant perform skills, and thats stupid

... well... did you try gonig to your options and changing soem settings? ALSO the layout for each of the characters logged in on your comp has their own ingame windows saved to where they were before in a ini file...
