Looking for a .pak editor

Well, as you can guess from the header, Im looking for an editor with which I can edit .pak files. Could someone be so kind and send me one?

Even tho this part belongs under Sources, Im gonna add it here. So, heres a couple of questions about sprites:

1) Is it possible to add a sprite, which will be shown when you cast a spell. I mean, during the casting; female kneels down and the male starts spinning his hands. And if its possible, how do I do it?

2) How do I combine spells; Like you have a spell with ESW and Blizz or Blizz, MMS, ESW and FB? I know its possible, but I couldn't find anyone who could help me with this and I have no idea how to do it.

the animations for the characters while casting are in the pak files .. if u wanna change them u can try but it will be some work !
and spells are all client side so u open the client source and look in the draw functions and so on

use windows explorer to open it, not winrar

perfect for editing sprite positions (for ripped packs)
