I got it working. (havent tested fully yet) but the hg has started.
I will post the working configs later or so, so that if someone else has this issue can see what I did.

eh check again the infos of your datancentre they probably closed some ports or they use a firewall....
i got a dedi too (its Linux cause i dont wanna run HB on it) but well my server is routed may you have same... may you just oversaw the info about the firewall/router. But you can easily upgrade it with your Plesk or cpanel or whatever you use on it.... Even your Windows Server got a cpanel or plesk or something like that...

cPanel doesn't run on windows and usually people who get servers for this kind of hosting don't get web hosting software like Plesk.
