Well... as these first Goldenboy database creation scripts are incomplete... and I finally found from where I can make these scripts... then...

I release MAINLOG and WS1 database creation scripts from my database, where I have atm running HBserver with these China HG and other official files... so for beginners it's much easier to create database with right structures...

<a href='http://www.hot.ee/rageatm/rage_database_scripts.rar' target='_blank'>http://www.hot.ee/rageatm/rage_database_scripts.rar</a>

don't know why.. I couldn't upload this foile to here forum.. so anyone could upload it here and add to the first post in this topic..

benefits... if you download goldenboy files and execute his scripts.. then your database miss some shit.. like you don't have code_t table in it.. and you don't have gizonupgradeleft golumn and so on... in my scipts they all are there...

also i found that in those files here u also need mapdata amd files for gameserver to work

When u made these in odbc and got to the end of when u created them...did u TEST them to see if they connected???????

And read the Guild I made to see what there suppose to be called ....

account and character

Rage must have misunderstood your question or u took it wrong some how ...and u did edit the Mainlog and and world exe? ;)

Code: Select all

Microsoft SQL Server ODBC Driver Version 03.81.9030

Running connectivity tests...

Attempting connection
Connection established
Verifying option settings
Disconnecting from server

TESTS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY!
That was about test. Now I tried with names: account and character, still the same "Init Fail!" error. About mainLserv and worldLserv : Yes, I Did edit them. :S

EDIT: Yay, now worldlog works(I think) at least it starts now and won't give the INIT fail or Can't connect to db error! :)

EDIT2: Still can't figure out whats wrong with Mainlog, its named "account" at ODBC atm, but still getting the init error... it pops up instantly when I open mlserv and for the record I have overlooked the hex part of mainlog and the password is right in there so I'm kinda out of ideas atm. <_<
