A:you need to register in www.no-ip.com and then
make an account there and get that IP changer client too
if you have dynamic IP and for example if your site was

link to <a href='http://hbgreat.no-ip.com/account.php' target='_blank'>http://hbgreat.no-ip.com/account.php</a> and that works then
but it's very easy to find out IP anyway so that PHP wouldn't help

A:Get easy php and change 127.0.0.1 to you ip in \EasyPHP1-8\conf_file\httpd.conf.
Changing the ip and port.
you should see like ip Listen 127.0.0.1:80
Change To your ip: Any port you want.
Then find Port 80
Change To port you use for the top one already.

To get to it through the web you must use
