Found this on official l2king forum (www.l2king.com) :

Translation:
For 30 days of evaluation, you can send a mail to -------@hotmail.com with your lineageII account login and password.
After this, you will receive in next 24 hours, an email.
Then you can log into lineage 2 with l2king during 30 days evaluation.

I tried it, i send mail at 9pm, answer and validation received at 5am.
