Critical!

hiya,

ive been playing around with this for a while now, im trying to remove "CRITICAL!" when you hit over 130 damage and replace it with the actual damage amount.

eg. if you hit 140, instead of saying CRITICAL, it will say -140pts!

i know it can be done, but i cant figure it out...

anyone have any ideas on how to change this in a 3.51 client?

It's HG side. Anyways you can't have more than -255 dmg

i think its in the client, u need to hex it, from CRITICAL to %d.

Right and wrong.
Yes, it is HG sided, but it's also client sided.
No, you CAN do it but NO you can't do it with 3.51 client.

Also, -255 is an impossible value as a single byte can only go from either 0-255 or -128 - 128 so -255 would require at least 2 bytes.
