well I guess some of you are or know those hip huppers or whatever hop hip hip hop erm. well anyways. I've been wondering for a long time, why they wear scarf in their head, then the hat? I mean don't they make small enough hats anymore so that they have to wear the scarf on their heads, or is the heads of the hippoppers so small that they have to wear the scarf because the hat is already at tighest set?
