Maybe go learn some tutorials in photoshop and download some brushes.

Just because you made it your self doesnt mean it will be good.

It is lame because you used filters by fluke and got that as a result.

Colors are horrible and the quality of the render or w/e that is, it is way to stretched out making it looked blured.

Also the font of the text is gay. Dafont.com can help you.
Try using some better and more complicated effects on your text.

Other then that, its not really that that bad.

Kinda looks like what I used to make when I started PS.

what about shut the fuck up and show us what you really can do with the wonderfull brushes and filters you created by yourself ? I'd really like to see... when you want !
