Just register to the worldserver and send a character save packet to it. You can send any character data you want, so you can also make it GM or add any item you want.

Only, HBx server has prevented you from making yourself GM if you aren't on some kind of CFG list. But who cares about that, you can change you stats and make any item you want anyway.
