37f with fixes

-Pre Cast works (Doesnt lock the computer)
-Ip changer works
-Removed spam (fuck you i love spam)

actually the 37e worked but the 37f and 37f-2 didnt becuz the way it loads i dont have time to click helgame->tsearch->find hb client->int usa->patch all within the 2 sec before it goes full screen to load, but for the 37e i can do it smoothly within the 2 sec and change the ip easy.
