Inetwork DLL files.

These are a Must and must be registered in your computer, after you do all your Microsoft Updates. When you unrar it just run the .bat file in the folder.. It will then register all 5 dll files.

RM Listner,

Never really understood this file. I belive it goes with the RM Tool to help the RM Tool to connect to the Proxy.. You need to load this first before loading any of the server files.
