What he means is that you probably posted at the wrong section, and then moved your topic to the right one And the spell GM-Kill doesnt have to be on all servers, and I think its pretty tricky to get to learn if it a server have it :/

How do I make so that every new character starts with 100% skills? I dont feel like using a php script its just waste of time,or a way to make the % raise fast as hell :) I remember netgaylords used that in a server wayyyyy back.And how do you change the items that the character starts with?Like HB...
