The new Maps is a Event Map (a Huge Arena), and a "City" (Procella Map)... has for the spells, just download the contents and check the magic list

Depends on the server, if u use AEGIS Server, then u REALLY need at least a p4 2GHz+ with 1gb DDR cause when u turn on all the servers (Login, Characters, Maps, etc...) it takes like 2GB Virtual Memory from your resources. But u have some other Servers that don't use so many resources, like darkWei...

Its two completely diferent servers...

If u want to had buildings, u just need to search the list of paks for them l0l
